As many of you know, one part of our AGM is the election of new executive directors and officers. This year we need a new treasurer and hope to fill a couple of vacant director positions. The commitment is one meeting per month during the ski season and then as required to make decisions throughout the year. We have a great team in place and could use some help in the following areas:

– Treasurer: transaction accounting, paying bills, conducting payroll, submitting reports, creating a budget

– Sponsorship Program: keeping track of which sponsors have been contacted, sending letters as required

– Registrar/Membership: set up Zone 4 registration and monitor memberships

– Community Outreach: communicate and coordinate with schools and other groups for visits
