Trail report for Monday,  April 24, 2017 –  This is an official notice that the ski park is closed for the season – The Chalet and the gate is locked.  If anyone wishes to ski, it is at their own risk.

Trail Report for Saturday, April 22, 2017 – Due to snow conditions grooming has been suspended for the season.

Trail report for Friday,  April 21, 2017 – We will not be doing any grooming today. The trails can still be skied.

Trail report for Thursday, April 20, 2017 – Today we will groom for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Lower Raven’s Ridge and Oliver’s Twist.  We are unable to groom Braveheart due to the snow melting on sections of the trail.  Braveheart can still be skied but should be skied in reverse due to a melt on the by-pass section and icy conditions.

Trail report for Wednesday, April 19, 2017 – We will not be grooming any trails today.  Once the temperature warms up the trails  that were groomed yesterday should be a good ski.

Trail report for Tuesday, April 18, 2017 – Today we will groom for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Lower Raven’s Ridge, Braveheart and Oliver’s Twist.

Trail Report for Monday, April 17, 2017 – Due to the wet snow and weather conditions we will not be grooming any trails today.

Trail Report for Sunday, April 16, 2017 – Today we will not be any grooming today. The trails that were groomed yesterday should still be a good ski.

Trail report for Saturday, April 15, 2017 – Today we will groom for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Lower Raven’s Ridge, Oliver’s Twist and Braveheart.  We will not be grooming Snowy Owl or upper Raven’s Ridge  as the snow is starting to melt away from the side of the trail and in some areas the trails are beginning to cave in.   This could be the last groom for the season.

Trail report for wednesday, April 12, 2017 – We will not be grooming any trails today.  There is still plenty of snow for spring skiing.

Trail Report for Monday, April 10, 2017 – Today we will groom for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Raven’s Ridge, Snowy Owl, Braveheart and Oliver’s Twist.

Trail Report for Sunday, April 9, 2017 – Due to the mild weather conditions we are unable to groom today.  Reports from skiers who skied the trails on Saturday report that has not been any damage to the trails or flooding.  The trails were firm and not ruts.  It is recommended to ski in the morning as the trail started to soften up after 12N.

Trail report for Saturday, April 8, 2017 – Due to the mild weather conditions grooming has been suspended until further notice.  An updated report will be posted when he can groom the trails again.

Trail report for Thursday, March 30, 2017 –  In view of the snow in the forecast we will groom the Fox Trot, Raven’s Ridge and Snowy Owl.  A track will be set on Beavertail Flat. Grooming will start at 9am.

Trail report for Wednesday, March 29, 2017 – There hasn’t been any snow overnight so there will not be any grooming today.  There will be a wood cutting crew on the Fox Trot.

Trail report for Tuesday, March 28, 2017 – There hasn’t been any snow overnight so there will not be any grooming today.  The trails that were groomed on Monday should still be a good ski.

Trail report for Monday, March 27, 2017 – Today we will groom for skating and classic all the trails with the exception of lower Braveheart and Hayes Hump/Roller Coaster.  A track will be set on Beavertail Flat.

Trail report for Sunday, March 26, 2017 – Today we will groom for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Raven’s Ridge, Snowy Owl,  Oliver’s Twist and Braveheart.  A track will be set on Beavertail Flat.  The trails that were groomed on Saturday should still be a good ski.

UPDATED TRAIL REPORT for Saturday, March 25, 2017 – Due to the snow that we are experiencing grooming will be delayed until 9am.  We will now groom the Fox Trot, Snowy Owl, Raven’s Ridge, Rendezvous, Deadly Decent and Abby Road.  A track will be set on Beavertail Flat.

Trail Report for Thusday, March 23, 2017 – Today we will groom for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Raven’s Ridge, Snowy Owl and Oliver’s Twist.  A track will be set of Beavertail Flat.  In view of the snow and wind that is forecast for this afternoon it may be a good idea to ski this morning.

Trail Report for Wednesday, March 22, 2017 – Today we will groom for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Raven’s Ridge, Snowy Owl, Braveheart and Oliver’s Twist.  A track will be set on Beavertail Flat.  Please note that Sleepy Canuck/Big Climb is now closed for the season.

Trail Report for Tuesday, March 21, 2017 – There hasn’t been any snow overnight so there won’t be any grooming today, also  the forecast is calling for freezing rain and ice pellets this morning with snow in the afternoon.  Doesn’t look like a good ski day.

Trail Report for Monday, March 20, 2017 – Today we will groom for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Raven’s Ridge, Snowy Owl, Oliver’s Twist.  All the other trails that were groomed on Sunday should still be a good ski.  A track will be set on Beavertail Flat.

Trail Report for Sunday, March 19, 2017 – Today we will groom all the trails for skating and classic with the exception of lower Braveheart and Hayes Hump/Roller Coaster.  A track will be set on Beavertail Flat.

Trail Report for Saturday, March 18, 2017 – There hasn’t been much snow overnight so there will not be any grooming today.  All the trails were groomed yesterday and still be in great shape for skiing.  A track will be set on Beavertail Flat and the Biathlon range will be groomed along with the Jackrabbit loop.

Trail Report for Friday, March 17, 201 = Today we will groom for skating and classic all the trails with the exception of Sleepy Canuck/Big Climb and Hayes Hump/Rollercoaster.  A track will be set on Beavertail Flat.

Trail Report for Thursday, March 16, 2017 – Due to the wet snow conditions we are unable to do any grooming today.  The temperatures are expected to drop down to -4 overnight so hopefully we will be able to groom on Friday.

Trail Report for Friday, February 24, 2017 – Due to the mild weather that we are experiencing we will not be doing any grooming today.  If it cools down later in the afternoon we will groom the Fox Trot for night skiing.  The trails are open for those who wish to ski.

Trail report for Wednesday, February 22, 2017 – As there has not been any snow in the forecast we will not be doing any grooming today.  All the trails should still be in excellent condition.

Trail report for Tuesday, February 21, 2017 – Today we will groom for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Raven’s Ridge, Deadly Decent, Hayes Hump, Oliver’s Twist and Braveheart.  All the other trails were groomed on Monday so all the trails will be open on Tuesday.  Good training day for the Loppet.

Updated Trail Report for Friday,  January 27, 2017 – 9:30am.  –  We attempted to groom the trails but the snow is two wet and is rolling up.  The temperature will be remaining the same for the remainder of the day.  Grooming will be delayed until tomorrow.  A track has been set on Beavertail Flat and the Fox Trot with the skidoo.  This was also difficult to do.

Trail report for Sunday, January 22, 2017 – We didn’t have any snow overnight so we will not be grooming any trails today.  We will be working on lower Sleepy Canuck/Big Climb so that trail can be opened.

Trail Report for Friday, January 20, 2017 – We had very little snow overnight so we will not be doing any grooming today.  All the trails were groomed on Thursday so they are still in good condition for skating and classic.

Trail Report for Thursday, January 19, 2017 – Today we will groom for skating and classic the Fox Trot,  Raven’s Ridge, Oliver’s Twist, Hayes Hump and Deadly Decent.  A track will be set on Beavertail Flat.  The other trails that were groomed on Wednesday will still be in good condition for skiing.

Trail Report for Wednesday, January 18, 2017 – Today we will groom for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Raven’s Ridge, Snowy Owl, Braveheart, Rendezvous and Abby Road.  A track will be set on Beavertail Flat.

UPDATED TRAIL REPORT FOR TUESDAY, JANUARY 17, 2017 – We have changed the route for grooming.  We will now do Braveheart and all of Raven’s Ridge.  Deadly Decent and Abby Road will not be groomed.

Trail Report for Tuesday, January 17, 2017 – Today we will groom for skating and classic the Fox Trot, lower Raven’s Ridge, Snowy Owl, Oliver’s Twist, Up Deadly Decent to Abby Road and out Raven’s Ridge to Chalet.  A track will be set on Beavertail Flat and Raven’s Ridge.

Trail Report for Monday, January 16, 2017 – The good news is that the flooding on Oliver’s Twist has frozen over so we can now groom that trail tomorrow.   Abby Road and Rendezvous have some areas that need shoveling which we hope will be completed on Monday.  Also, on Braaveheart there is an issue on the bog area.  There isn’t much snow accumulating there and each time the groomer passes over it more snow is compressed into the bog.  You can now see moss coming up through the snow.  Snow is expected Monday night so hopefully we can resume grooming on Tuesday.

Trail Report for Sunday, January 15, 2017 – Today we will groom for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Raven’s Ridge, Snowy Owl and Braveheart.  A track will be set on Beavertail Flat.  We are still waiting for the flooded areas on Oliver’s Twist to drain off or freeze up.  Rendezvous and Abby Road will need snow and shoveling.

Updated trail report for Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 8:50 am – We will groom the Fox Trot, Raven’s Ridge, Snowy Owl and Braveheart.  A track will be set of Beavertail Flat. There is still some flooding on Oliver’s Twist, Rendezvous and Abby Road.  We have to wait for the flooded areas to freeze up and do some shoveling of snow before they can be groomed.

Trail Report for Saturday, January 14, 2017 – The mild weather caused some flooding on the trails so the trails will be snowmobiled in the morning.  Then we will decide what trails can be groomed.  The trail report will then be updated.

Trail Report for Friday, January 13, 2017 – Due to mild temperatures we will not be grooming any of the trails today.  We will be doing maintenance on the groomer.

Trail Report for Thursday, January 12. 2017 – The trails have remained firm overnight so we will be grooming the Fox Trot, Raven’s Ridge, Snowy Owl, Braveheart, Oliver’s Twist.  A track will be set on Beavertail Flat.

Updated trail report for Sunday, January 8, 2017 at 11am –  We have decided that we will not be doing any grooming today due to the drifting in the ski park.  A track was set on Beavertail Flat for classic skiing.  Grooming will resume on Monday.

Trail report for Sunday, January 8, 2017 – We have postponed grooming until 11am due to the weather conditions.  We will make a decision at that time as to what trails will be groomed.

Trail report for Saturday, January 7, 2017 – Today we will groom for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Raven’s Ridge, Snowy Owl, Oliver’s Twist.  We will also open the upper section of Braveheart, Rendezvous and Abby Road.  A track will be set of Beavertail flat. We encourage all skiers to ski the new trails that we have opened.

Trail report for Friday, January 6, 2017 – Today we will groom for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Raven’s Ridge, Snowy Owl and Oliver’s Twist.  We will try to set  a track on Beavertail Flat.  We will be surveying the other trails to determine the amount of snow so we can open other trails for the weekend.

Updated trail report for Thursday, January 5, 2017 at 2:30pm. – Due to the mild conditions we are unable to do any grooming today.  Grooming will commence in the morning.

Trail report for Thursday, January 5, 2017 – Due to the mild weather we will be unable to groom the trails this morning.  The temperature is suppose to drop in the afternoon so we attempt to groom around 2pm. the Fox Trot and Raven’s Ridge.

Trail report for wednesday, January 4, 2017 – Today we will groom for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Raven’s ridge and Snowy Owl.  A track will be set on Beavertail Flat.

Trail report for Tuesday, January 3, 2017- Today we will groom for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Raven’s Ridge and Snowy Owl.  A track will be set on Beaavertail Flat.

Trail report for Monday, January 2, 2017 – Today we will groom for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Raven’s Ridge, Oliver’s Twist.  We are having problems with setting a track on Beavertail Flat due to the lack of snow.  We will attempt again today.

Trail report for Sunday, January 1, 2017 – Today we will groom for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Raven’s Ridge, Oliver’s Twist.  A track will be set on Beavertail Flat.

Trail report for Saturday, December 31, 2016 – Today we will groom for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Raven’s Ridge,  Oliver’s Twist.  Snowy Owl will not be groomed as there are wet spots due to the mild weather and we want to give them a chance to freeze over.  We will attempt to set a track on Beavertail Flat if it is not frozen to hard.

Trail report for Friday, December 30, 2016 – Due to the mild weather and forecast for the remainder of the day, grooming has been cancelled.  Hopefully, we will be able to groom tomorrow.

Trail report for Thursday, December 29, 2016 – Today we will groom for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Raven’s Ridge, Snowy Owl and Oliver’s Twist. A track will be set on Beavertail Flat.

Trail report for Wednesday, December 28, 2016 – Today we will groom for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Raven’s Ridge and Oliver’s Twist.  A track will be set on Beavertail Flat.  The Snowy Owl will not be groomed as the wet Spots have not frozen over.  It can still be skied.

Trail Report for Tuesday, December 27, 2016 – Today we will groom for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Raven’s Ridge and Oliver’s Twist.  A track Will be set on Beavertail Flat.  The Snowy Owl has wet spot so this trail will not be groomed as we want the wet spots to freeze over.  If there isn’t much snow falling this trail should still be good for skiing.

Trail Report for Monday, December 26, 2017 – Today we will groom for skating and clasic the Fox trot, Raven’s Ridge and Oliver’s Twist.  Depending on the amount of snow we get we will be working to get the Snowy Owl and Braveheart open.

Trail Report for Wednesday, December 21, 2016 -Today we will groom for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Raven’s Ridge and Snowy Owl.  Oliver’s Twist still has a wet spot and we want to give the area time to freeze up.

Trail Report for Monday, December 19, 2016 – After the mild weather the trails have firmed up and grooming has started at 8am.  We will groom for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Raven’s Ridge and Oliver’s Twist.  The Snowy Owl has some wet spots and hopefully with the cold temperatures it should freeze up.

Trail Report for Saturday, December 17, 2016 – Today we will groom for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Raven’s Ridge and Oliver’s  Twist.  We will be working on Snowy Owl to get it open.

Trail Report for December 16, 2016 – Today we will groom the Fox Trot and Raven’s Ridge.  On Thursday we packed and dragged Snowy Owl and Oliver’s Twist.  Hopefully it will freeze up.  If so, we will attempt to groom Oliver’s Twist with the big groomer. Snowy Owl requires more snow and frost to firm up the wet spots.
