* Family membership is understood to be an adult(s)/guardian(s) and their dependent children living at the same address. Dependent children are those generally considered dependent by the Canada Revenue Agency and Insurance Companies: namely, persons who are under 19 or are enrolled in post-secondary studies up to age 25.
