Updated: 25 Jan: NL Cup #3

Sunday, 25 January, racers start at 9am. There will be a race category for youth and junior skiers that will include a 2.5km and an 8.5km route. The canteen will be open 8am – 11am.

Updated: 31 Jan: Snowy Owl Classic

This is our annual Snowy Owl Classic participation event. Registration begins at 10am and the mass start is at 11am. Suggested donation of $5 for Heart and Stroke Foundation. Course options are 2.5km or 8.5km. The canteen will be open 10am – 2pm and will include a hot lunch for after our ski.

13-14 Feb: NL Provincial Masters Invitational

Fun, friendly competition for adults over 30. This is the 24th year of the event being hosted by the Whaleback! Click HERE for details.

21 Feb: Annual Memorial Loppet

Another annual event hosted by the Whaleback. This will be a participatory recreation event this year to give everyone a chance to try out the marathon route or simply join us for the love of skiing!

28 Feb: Outfitters Provincial Marathon
