TRAIL REPORT FOR SUNDAY, JANUARY 25, 2026

Today we are grooming for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Percy’s Path, Raven’s Ridge, Snowy Owl, Braveheart and Oliver’s Twist. A track is set on the Bunny Hop. Beavertail Flat is not groomed today.

THE SNOWY OWL CLASSIC HAS BEEN POSTPONE UNTIL SUNDAY MORNING. START TIME TO BE ANNOUNCED LATER.

Today we are grooming for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Percy’s Path, Lower Raven’s Ridge, Snowy Owl, Braveheart and Oliver’s Twist. A track will be set on Beavertail Flat. The Chalet is open.

TRAIL REPORT FOR FRIDAY, JANUARY 23, 2026

Today we will be grooming for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Percy’s Path, Raven’s Ridge, Snowy Owl, Braveheart, Oliver’s Twist, Rendezvous Deadly Decent and Abby Road. A track will be set on Beavertail Flat/Bunny Hop.

The Fox Trot will be groomed at 4pm for evening skiers

TRAIL REPORT FOR THURSDAY, JANUARY 22, 2026

Today we will be grooming the Fox Trot, Percy’s Path, Lower Raven’s Ridge, Snowy Owl, Oliver’s Twist, Braveheart. A track will be set on Beavertail Flat and Bunny Hop. Due to the cold weather and lack of use we did not groom the upper trails.

Today we will be grooming the Fox Trot, Percy’s Path, Raven’s Ridge, Braveheart and Oliver’s Twist for skating and classic. A track will be set on Beavertail Flat and Bunny Hop.

Repairs will continue on Upper Raven’s Ridge, Snowy Owl, Rendezvous and Abby Road

TRAIL REPORT FOR TUESDAY, JANUARY 20, 2026

Today we will be grooming the Fox Trot, Percy’s Path, Raven’s Ridge, Snowy Owl, Oliver’s Twist, Braveheart, Rendezvous, Deadly Decent and Abby Road for skating and classic. A track will be set on Beavertail Flat and Bunny Hop.

There maybe some rough spots on Snowy Owl, Abby Road and Upper Raven’s Ridge so use caution.

The Fox Trot will be groomed at 4pm for evening skiing.

TRAIL REPORT FOR MONDAY, JANUARY 19, 2026

Today we will be grooming the Fox Trot, Percy’s Path, Lower Ravens Ridge, Braveheart and Oliver’s Twist for skating and classic.

The Fox Trot will be groomed at 4pm for evening skiing

Snowy Owl and upper Raven’s Ridge are closed until we get more snow. Also, repairs will continue today Beavertail Flat and should be available for tomorrow.

TRAIL REPORT FOR SUNDAY, JANUARY 18, 2026

With the snowfall overnight we will be grooming for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Percy’s Path, Lower and Upper Raven’s Ridge, Snowy Owl, Braveheart and Oliver’s Twist. There will be some wet spots so be cautious. Grooming will be slow as Kenny will be repairing the trail as he passes along.

A track has been set on the Bunny Hop. Also Beavertail Flat is closed until we get the flooded area repaired.

TRAIL REPORT FOR SATURDAY, JANUARY 17, 2026

Considerable damage has been done to the ski trails due to the mild weather and rain. The following trails are closed until we get more snow and repairs can be done.

Beavertail Flat, Snowy Owl, Upper Raven’s Ridge, Rendezvous and Abby Road.

We will groom for skating and classic Lower Raven’s Ridge, Fox Trot, Percy’s Path and Oliver’s Twist. The entrance to Braveheart is closed but we will groom in reverse the section from the old Pentagon to about 1.5 kms mark and then return. Check the Nordic Pulse for the grooming progress.

TRAIL REPORT FOR FRIDAY, JANUARY 16, 2026

UPDATED AT 10:25 – The snowy owl trail has considerable damage on the top section and yellow birch hill. Raven’s Ridge has some damage on the classic track side of the trail. More snow is required before those trails can be opened. The brook on Beavertail flat hasn’t overflowed so herring bone hill is fine. Hope fully we will be able to ski the lower trails tomorrow.

Due to the mild weather and rain that we are experiencing the trails are closed to all skiers for today. The Chalet and Gate is closed. Kenny is currently snowmobiling the trails and we will give an updated report of any flooding when he returns.

TRAIL REPORT FOR THURSDAY, JANUARY 15, 2026

Due to the mild weather and rain that is expected the Ski Trails are closed for today. We ask members not to ski on the trails as they are really soft. The Chalet is locked and the gate is closed.

TRAIL REPORT FOR WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 14, 2026

In view of the weather that is expected we will limit the grooming to the Fox Trot, Percy’s Path, Raven’s Ridge and Snowy Owl. The other trails that were groomed yesterday are in good condition.

Today we will groom for skating and classic the Fox Trot, Percy’s Path, Raven’s Ridge, Snowy Owl, Braveheart and Oliver’s Twist. A track will be set on Beavertail Flat and Bunny Hop. Trails are in excellent condition with all the new snow.

Due to the mild weather we have closed the ski trails for today. The Chalet is closed.

TRAIL REPORT FOR SUNDAY, JANUARY 11, 2026

Today we will be grooming the Fox Trot, Percy’s Path, Raven’s Ridge, Braveheart, Oliver’s Twist, Rendezvous and Abby Road for skating and classic. A track will be set on Beavertail Flat. Snowy Owl has some Icy spots so it’s not safe to ski until we get more snow.

Due to the mild weather and rain that is expect we will groom the Fox Trot and Percy’s Path for skating and classic this morning. The other trails that were groomed yesterday should be fine as there wasn’t any snow overnight.

TRAIL REPORT FOR FRIDAY, JANUARY 9, 2026

Today we will be grooming the Fox Trot, Percy’s Path, Raven’s Ridge, Braveheart and Oliver’s Twist for skating and classic. A track will be set on Beavertail Flat and Bunny Hop. Snowy Owl still needs more snow. The Groomer will go up Deadly Decent and come back down to expose the brush on the trail so it can be cut.

TRAIL REPORT FOR THURSDAY, JANUARY 8, 2026

UPDATED AT 10:35 am – We have groomed the Fox Trot and Percy’s Path for skating and classic and conditions are good. Skiers are asked not to ski the other trails as they are really icy.

Due to the weather conditions this morning we are unable to groom the trails. If the temperature drops during the day we will groom the Fox Trot and Percy’s Path. Trail report will be updated if we groom.

TRAIL REPORT FOR WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 7, 2026

Today we will be grooming the Fox Trot, Percy’s Path, Raven’s Ridge, Snowy Owl, Rendezvous and Abby Road. Beavertail Flat has been dragged and a track set. We are still having some issues with the section from Grand Central to Braveheart with water under the snow and with the weather expected another grooming may make it worse.

Today we will groom the Fox Trot, Percy’s path, raven’s ridge, Oliver’s Twist and Braveheart. A track will be set on Beavertail Flat. Snowy Owl and Abby Road still needs more snow and brush cutting.

Today we will be grooming the Fox Trot, Percy’s Path, Lower Raven’s Ridge and Oliver’s Twist with the big groomer for skating and classic. We will also set a track on Beavertail Flat. Fox Trot and Percy’s Path will be groomed on the way out from Oliver’s Twist.

TRAIL REPOR FOR SATURDAY, JANUARY 3, 2026

Today we will be grooming the Fox Trot, Percy’s Path with the big groomer for skating and classic. Lower Raven’s Ridge and Oliver’s Twist will be groomed with the snowmobile. Due to the lack of snow it is difficult to set a good track. We cannot groom Beavertail Flat due to wet and bare spots.

Today we will be grooming with the snowmobile the Fox Trot, Percy’s Path, Lower Raven’s Ridge and Oliver’s Twist for skating and classic. Beavertail Flat cannot be groomed due to lack of snow. The track still remains from previous setting.

TRAIL REPORT FOR THURSDAY, JANUARY 1, 2026

Today we are grooming the Fox Trot and Percy’s Path for skating and classic with the big groomer. We will use the snowmobile to groom Lower Raven’s Ridge and Oliver’s Twist for skating and classic. A track is set on Beavertail Flat from previous groomings. All other trails will not be groomed due to lack of snow and wet spots in places. It is advised to stay off those trails.

TRAIL REPORT FOR WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 31, 2025

Today we are grooming the Fox Trot, Percy’s Path, Raven’s Ridge and Oliver’s Twist for skating and classic. We will also begin packing Rendezvous and Abby Road. Snowy Owl and Braveheart will not be groomed due to lack of snow and wet spots. Skiers should stay off those two trails. We are unable to put a fresh track on Beavertail Flat as the trail is frozen. The track from previous days is still skiable.

Due to the mild weather and rain that is expected grooming has been cancelled for today. The trails will remain open for those who want to ski. The Chalet is also open.

TRAIL REPORT FOR MONDAY, DECEMBER 29, 2025

Today we are grooming the Fox Trot, Percy’s Path for skating and classic. Also, we will begin packing and grooming Snowy Owl, Braveheart and Oliver’s Twist. There may be some rough and wet spots so use caution. Raven’s Ridge will also be groomed for skating and classic. A track will be set on Beavertail Flat. UPDATE: the parking lot has been plowed.

Due to the high winds and drifting we will not be doing any grooming today. The trails are closed and the Chalet is locked. There is considerable amount of snow in the parking lot.

Today we will be grooming the Fox Trot, Percy’s Path, Lower and Upper Raven’s Ridge for skating and classic. We are unable to do Oliver’s Twist as we didn’t get the snow that was expected and there are considerable wet spots at Grand Central. A track has been set on Beavertail Flat. This trail is a bit rough until we get more snow.

TRAIL REPORT FOR SUNDAY, DECEMBER 21, 2025

Today we are grooming the Fox Trot for skating. There isn’t enough snow to set a track. Percy’s Path is also closed due to lack of snow as are the remainder of the trails. Kamikaze Hill has ice spots on the right hand side so stay to the left. Also, for those doing loops of the Fox Trot an alternative to coming back to the stadium is to use the by-pass that exits at the top of Herring Bone Hill. Also the parking lot is icy so be careful when walking to the Chalet.

TRAIL REPORT FOR SATURDAY, DECEMBER 20, 2025

Due to the loss of snow in some areas we have closed the ski trails for today. There are several wet and bare spots making it unsafe for skiing. The chalet is locked and gate will be locked once cars in the parking lot move out.

Grooming has been cancelled for today due the mild weather. The trails are open for those who wish to ski. It is recommended not to ski Snowy Owl as the snow is starting to get thin in some areas. We are continuing with brush cutting.

Due to the mild weather the trails are too soft to groom with the big groomer or snowmobile. The trails are open for anyone who wishes to ski. Beavertail Flat was dragged yesterday and a track set but the trail is very rough. So use caution until we get more snow.

Today we will groom the Fox Trot, Percy’s Path, Upper and Lower Raven’s Ridge, Snowy Owl and Braveheart for skating and classic. Then we will repair the bridge on Beavertail Flat and set a track on the trail.

Today we will be grooming with the big groomer the Fox Trot, Percy’s Path, lower Raven’s Ridge and Oliver’s Twist. Then we will begin packing Snowy Owl and Braveheart. The Parking Lot has been plowed.

Due to the snow and winds that are expected we have closed the trails and Chalet for today. The plan for tomorrow is to groom with the big groomer and also pack the trails into Oliver’s Twist.

Today we will groom the Fox Trot and Percy’s Path for skating and classic. We will start packing Raven’s Ridge into Grant Central turn off and cutting brush.

The Fox Trot and Percy’s Path has been groomed for skating and classic. We are continuing to cut whips and brush on Percy’s Path. We have finished the Fox Trot. Hopefully, we will get another accumulation of snow to pack the other trails.

The Fox Trot and Percy’s Path has been groomed for skating and classic. There are some wet spots but hopefully that will freeze when it gets colder.

Due to the mild weather and soft snow conditions we have closed the trails for today. All skiers are asked to remain off the trails. The gate is locked.

We will continue grooming the Fox Trot and Percy’s Path. There are improvements with each snow fall. Hopefully with an increase in snow we will be able to move on to the other trails. We are continuing to cut twigs on the trail.
